You do not create an account to use Ellowa.

Data stored on your device

Your records are stored only on your device in an encrypted database using SQLCipher. This includes feedings, recovery entries, check-ins, sessions, notes, and profile details such as birth date, birth type, and feeding method.

We do not receive these records.

App ID

The app creates a random app ID and stores it in Keychain. This ID is a UUID.

This app ID is used for purchases and analytics. It is not linked to your name or email address.

Services we use

RevenueCat is used for purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat receives App Store receipts and the app ID.

Amplitude is used for anonymous usage analytics only if you turn on Anonymous usage analytics. Amplitude does not receive your answers, health data, or check-ins.

Sentry is used for crash reports only if you turn on Crash reports. Sentry receives technical data needed for crash reporting.

Apple processes payments.

No ads or advertising tracking

The app has no advertising.

App Tracking Transparency is not used.

We do not sell data and we do not share data with data brokers.

HealthKit is not used.

The app does not send your logs to any AI service.

Your choices and deletion

You can delete your on-device data in Settings > Your Data > Delete All Data.

Deleting the app also deletes data stored by the app on your device.

Age

Ellowa is for ages 16 and up. It is not intended for children.
