Use of the app

Ellowa: Pelvic Floor Exercises is for people age 16 and older. It is not intended for children.

You may use the app only for lawful purposes and only as permitted by these terms and the Apple standard EULA.

• Do not misuse the app or try to interfere with how it works.
• Do not attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
• Do not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.

Apple terms

Your use of the app is also subject to the Apple standard EULA minimum terms.

Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the app.

Apple is a third party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Subscriptions and billing

The app offers these subscriptions and purchases: Ellowa Pro Yearly for $39.99 per year, Ellowa Pro 3 Months for $19.99 per 3 months, and Ellowa Pro Lifetime for a one time purchase of $99.99.

Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7 day free trial with Ellowa Pro Yearly. If you start a trial, you will be charged through your Apple ID at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. If you purchase before a free trial ends, any unused part of the free trial will be forfeited.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.

Apple processes payments. Refund requests must be made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Prices in other countries may vary by App Store.

Free features still available without Pro include all logging features and Foundations sessions.

Data and account

The app does not require an account.

Your logs, recovery entries, check-ins, session history, notes, and profile details are stored only on your device in an encrypted database using SQLCipher. We do not receive this data.

A random app ID stored in the Keychain is used for purchases and analytics. It is not linked to your name or email.

The app does not send your logs to any AI service.

Intellectual property

The app, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Aeoria Apps or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal use in accordance with these terms and the Apple standard EULA.

Not medical advice

Ellowa is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, or calculate doses.

Exercises are optional. If you feel pain, pressure, or bleeding, stop and contact a clinician. In an emergency, call your local emergency service.

Crisis line information is available in the app in Settings > Help & Feedback.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The app is provided on an as is and as available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeoria Apps and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business arising from or related to your use of the app.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version in the app or on the website with a new effective date.

Your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
